1. About Us
EuroTogether (operated by Baxmax B.V.) is a Netherlands-based education and mobility organization. We organize short-term teacher training courses, professional development programs, and international learning mobilities under the Erasmus+ Program for teachers, school administrators, and education professionals.
Our mission is to empower European educators with innovative teaching methods, intercultural skills, and digital competencies. EuroTogether courses offer new experiences, collaborations, and an inspiring learning environment for participants from across Europe. We believe in uniting the world through the power of education.
Agreement: By completing the registration process for a EuroTogether course, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Invoicing: Course fees will be invoiced after official registration confirmation has been issued by EuroTogether.
Payment Due Date: Payment details and due dates will be specified on the invoice.
Full Contract: A detailed PDF service agreement will be shared separately and must be signed by the participant or their sending institution.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant Cancellation (30+ Days Notice): Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the course start date.
Participant Cancellation (Less than 30 Days Notice): For cancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date, a 50% refund will only be granted in compulsory situations (e.g., documented health issues or flight cancellations). Supporting documentation may be required.
EuroTogether Cancellation: If EuroTogether cancels a course for any reason, the full course fee paid by the participant will be refunded.
Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of the approved cancellation.
4. Participant Conduct
Adherence to Rules: Participants commit to adhering to the behavioral rules and guidelines set by EuroTogether and the host institutions throughout the training period.
Respectful Environment: Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by EuroTogether may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including presentations, handouts, digital content, and methodologies shared during EuroTogether courses, are the intellectual property of EuroTogether or its content providers. Participants may use these materials for personal and educational purposes, but reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without explicit written consent is prohibited.
6. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
Privacy Policy: All personal data is stored and processed in strict compliance with GDPR standards. Please refer to our separate [Privacy Policy](Link to your Privacy Policy page) for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Consent: By registering for a course, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
EuroTogether shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
The use or inability to use our services.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Statements or conduct of any third party on our services.
Any other matter relating to our services. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that our courses will meet all individual expectations or be entirely error-free.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
EuroTogether reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
