Course Description:

This Erasmus+ training is designed for teachers, ICT coordinators, and school administrators who aim to lead their institutions through the digital transformation journey. The course offers a complete understanding of how digital tools, cloud platforms, and innovative technologies can improve teaching, communication, and overall school efficiency.

Participants gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and learning management systems (LMS) used in Dutch schools — exploring how these platforms enhance teamwork, document sharing, and digital record keeping. Through guided workshops, they will learn to create cloud-based workflows that simplify Erasmus+ mobility documentation, student tracking, and collaborative lesson planning.

The course emphasizes data protection (GDPR compliance), cyber safety, and responsible ICT use, ensuring that participants can confidently integrate digital systems into their schools. Field visits to Dutch institutions recognized for their innovative education practices will demonstrate how digital transformation supports inclusion, sustainability, and modern pedagogy.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to implement a tailored Digital Strategy Plan aligned with the EU’s Digital Education Action Plan (2021–2027) and the DigCompEdu framework, ensuring readiness for future Erasmus+ priorities.
