This Erasmus+ training course is designed for teachers, trainers, adult educators and education professionals who work with adult learners and wish to strengthen their pedagogical, psychological and digital competences.
The course focuses on modern andragogy, learner-centred approaches, educational psychology, collaborative learning, digital innovation and lifelong learning. Participants will explore both theoretical foundations and practical strategies that can be directly applied in adult education contexts.
The programme combines interactive workshops, collaborative activities, practical exercises and reflective learning, fully aligned with Erasmus+ priorities.
