This Erasmus+ training course is designed for teachers, trainers, adult educators and education professionals who work with adult learners and wish to strengthen their pedagogical, psychological and digital competences.<\/p>

The course focuses on modern andragogy, learner-centred approaches, educational psychology, collaborative learning, digital innovation and lifelong learning. Participants will explore both theoretical foundations and practical strategies that can be directly applied in adult education contexts.<\/p>

The programme combines interactive workshops, collaborative activities, practical exercises and reflective learning, fully aligned with Erasmus+ priorities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
