About Us<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>EuroTogether (operated by Baxmax B.V.) is a Netherlands-based education and mobility organization. We organize short-term teacher training courses, professional development programs, and international learning mobilities under the Erasmus+ Program for teachers, school administrators, and education professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mission is to empower European educators with innovative teaching methods, intercultural skills, and digital competencies. EuroTogether courses offer new experiences, collaborations, and an inspiring learning environment for participants from across Europe. Course Registration and Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Agreement:<\/strong> By completing the registration process for a EuroTogether course, participants agree to these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Invoicing:<\/strong> Course fees will be invoiced after official registration confirmation has been issued by EuroTogether.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment Due Date:<\/strong> Payment details and due dates will be specified on the invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full Contract:<\/strong> A detailed PDF service agreement will be shared separately and must be signed by the participant or their sending institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Participant Cancellation (30+ Days Notice):<\/strong> Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the course start date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participant Cancellation (Less than 30 Days Notice):<\/strong> For cancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date, a 50% refund will only be granted in compulsory situations (e.g., documented health issues or flight cancellations). Supporting documentation may be required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EuroTogether Cancellation:<\/strong> If EuroTogether cancels a course for any reason, the full course fee paid by the participant will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund Processing:<\/strong> All refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of the approved cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Participant Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Adherence to Rules:<\/strong> Participants commit to adhering to the behavioral rules and guidelines set by EuroTogether and the host institutions throughout the training period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respectful Environment:<\/strong> Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by EuroTogether may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All course materials, including presentations, handouts, digital content, and methodologies shared during EuroTogether courses, are the intellectual property of EuroTogether or its content providers. Participants may use these materials for personal and educational purposes, but reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without explicit written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Privacy Policy:<\/strong> All personal data is stored and processed in strict compliance with GDPR standards.
